I wondering why this business does not answer the phone for a week. Also I had flowers wired and the family has not seen any flowers. Could somebody call me back. I’ve left an email with my number attached. The florist I also had the flowers wired from has also sent a message

Hey DeeAnn, I'm so sorry there was some kind of mixup and for the unanswered phone. We only have one person in the shop as one has been out for an illness for some months so perhaps she was on the other line with another customer. I have sent you a message in Messenger and I have contacted the other florist as well.
I was VERY disappointed in the flowers recently sent to my sister. I ordered them from out of state. I gave her the name of an arrangement that I saw on line that contain fall leaves and beautiful filler. They had a minimum amount for delivery, so the arrangement cost $60. I was promised they would be beautiful. When I received a photo of the pictures they were very inexpensive fall flowers in a vase - NO fill, No leaves, not even one rose - flowers that could have been purchased from a grocery store.
