Marcie, again, I apologize for what happened. I also realize that you were upset (as I would be too.) As I explained to you, it was an accident. We work with very sharp tools and some times all it takes is the wrong movement at the wrong time and an accident like this can happen. It is not an excuse, it is what happened. I tried to bandage it the best I could but dog's ears bleed. This could happen at any groomers. We feel horrible about what happened and wish it had not happened at all. We "Chopper" and I love going to Dee's they are wonderful!!! They provide an amazingly loving environment for our 4 legged fur babies and couldn't ask for better people to love on our lil doggie dog.
