10/10 recommend and will go again! We have a rescue and after a couple months she was comfortable with us and trusted Dee’s to help her through her first grooming experience. I always thought our pup was soft but WOW! Her little hair clumps were washed/dried/brushed out and is like a whole new happy pup! Our beautiful girl Kimber had been here a few times. Though we knew she was a trauma dog and had some issues, we had thought we had a great groomer to take her to. But man were we wrong! we called back today and was informed that they will no longer take her, ever again we were told, even after we had been working with our dog and another groomer with amazing improvement after Dee's shut down due to Covid. When we had to shutdown because of COVID 19 and had to cancel Kimber's appointment I was sworn at and treated rudely by you. I have tried to work hard to help Kimber get over her trauma of being groomed at another shop. You missed several appointments and didn't call and cancel. Im sorry that it had to come to this.
I could not be more pleased with how my dogs appear after Dee's Dog Grooming. They are scared of everything, but not this place! They are excited in a good way when we arrive every single month.
They did an excellent job with Jeffree, he looks and feels amazing 💙
the staff is very kind and loving . i can tell they love what they are doing when i drop off my fur baby. they call him by when we come in for Racey for visit to Sue.. we sure missed all of you while were closed and i would not go any where else to have him groomed we will wait our turn .
I take all four of my dogs to Dee's. I've never known people to love my babies like their groomer does6, Tracie dies. She always goes the extra mile to give my dogs comfort as they get groomed. We love her and will not go anywhere else!
