Bill is incredible! After my car was damaged on an icy road a few days before Christmas, I dropped it off at Dee’s collision with no notice. Bill took it in without hesitation and went above and beyond to ensure the highest-quality parts were used, which included a lot of fighting with my insurance company. He kept me updated throughout the entire process, and when the repairs were finished, my car looked like it had just been driven off the lot. Other big name body shops (Cochran, Centerline) wanted to total my car after barely looking at the damage. I was insistent that Nationwide allow me to take my car to Dees to get another opinion. Bill (the owner) meticulously went over all of the damage and went above and beyond to work with me and Nationwide to repair the damages under the threshold for totaling it.
