Poor sales guy. Didn’t know his stuff. Gm was very kind but other than that, not a good experience.
Quit getting response from Chris 4 days now and Caily quit responding after the 20th. Poor customer service especially when Chris said Tuesday he would get ahold of me on truck that was going to be done Wednesday he said, still nothing, sent 4 emails to Caily within 2 days, another 2 to Chris within 2 days and this is the 3rd day no response from either?🤔 I agree with the other bad review someone else wrote, it's true. So I came into Deery Brothers of Waukee bright and early Wednesday morning to look for a Jeep. Kerry greeted me as I came in, and took the whole nervous part out of the equation by simple conversation and humor, in purchasing a new vehicle. I want to thank Logan with the service department. I have a 1500 Dodge Ram truck and my brakes went out headed to work. I called the service department Logan said, No problem, how do you want to get it here? We can pick it up. Roadside assistance picked up my truck and the service department got right on. Logan is a very respectful young man. He kept in contact the whole time while dealing with any issues with the truck.
