I recently had to change my review from five to four stars. The maintenance crew is great and timely, the office is polite and professional, but the amount of people not picking up after their pets outside is insane. My next door neighbors chose not to renew due to the people above us not picking up after their dog. I’m sick of stepping in it right in front of my apartment daily. I hope the office will finally get a handle on this and I can change my review back to a five star because I otherwise really love living here.
My Mom has raised me here at Deerwood since I was 13. I used to have a basketball goal in the parking lot played ball all night long & loved riding my bike in the neighborhood. We still call this place home & love my life here. The manager always helps my Mom with whatever she needs. The lady is super nice & maintenance is always good to our dog if he has to come in to fix something. Our water heater went out, and they were at our door within the hour. They didn’t waste any time and replaced the unit that same day. Highly recommend!
I have been living here since the end of December 2023 and have found it refreshing being its own street and the maintence and managing team is always helpful and fast responding . Great place to live !
