The maintenance crew is great and timely, the office is polite and professional. It is a good neighborhood and people are generally pleasant. My only issue is people not picking up after their dogs or not even bothering to have them on a leash. There is only so much management can do and it seems like they have gotten better about issuing fines and trying to handle the situation so I appreciate that.

I recently had to change my review from five to four stars. The maintenance crew is great and timely, the office is polite and professional, but the amount of people not picking up after their pets outside is insane. Not to mention the people that are letting their aggressive dogs off leash. I would not allow a child to go out alone or there might be attacked. I hope the office will finally get a handle on this and I can change my review back to a five star because I otherwise really love living here.
