Had an appointment at 0900 on 03/08/2023. I arrived around 0850am, nurse had an X-ray and then let me wait on the operation chair around 0905. I waited on the chair until 0920 and asked the nurse to let the doc know that I am waiting. then the front office lady stopped by around 0930 and told me that doc was still on the way to the office. I was surprised, and she thought that it was normal and asked something like why it surprised me. The appointment is at 0900, nobody told me that the doc was not in until 0930. I reject... read more
