Had an appointment at 0900 on 03/08/2023. I arrived around 0850am, nurse had an X-ray and then let me wait on the operation chair around 0905. I waited on the chair until 0920 and asked the nurse to let the doc know that I am waiting. then the front office lady stopped by around 0930 and told me that doc was still on the way to the office. I was surprised, and she thought that it was normal and asked something like why it surprised me. The appointment is at 0900, nobody told me that the doc was not in until 0930. I reject... read more

Walked in for a consultation with Dr. Katona for a possible gum graft. I was walked into an open area with three dental chairs side by side and sat in the first one. The doctor spent less than 5 minutes with me and numbered my teeth to an assistant. She then said they would do an estimate with my insurance and I could schedule the appointment for the gum graft. During my five minutes in the chair, several people walked by me- squeezing past the chair they sat me in. I then received a $127 bill for the “consultation” that las... read more

The staff are friendly and helpful. I had a root canal done and they verified my insurance, told me the costs & Dr. Ford explained every part of the procedure to me. She explained my x-rays & what to expect during and after the procedure. The 2 hours flew by as I watched a movie on Netflix with their high tech glasses, that allowed me to relax and not be worried about anything. Thank you for being so helpful & caring to someone that dislikes dental care.

I was disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more upfront with scheduling times. They only have orthodontist available on Thursdays! No one ever brought this to my attention, I have a busy schedule and this EXTREMELY inconvenient DO NOT GET BRACES HERE.. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here.
