I went there practically right when they opened and they were already backed up. Good news: they found out what was wrong with me. Stomach virus. Bad news. They gave me a shot of a medicine that causes dizziness and headaches and specifically says not to operate machinery... then expected me to drive myself home. Yes, they knew I was driving alone. Thank the Lord I made it home alright!
Um, I was just trying to call to find out what the hours were but the phone number listed dialed me to a fax machine???? Is this location not in operation anymore? I'm not seeing anything to suggest that.
If I were rating the staff and facility seperatly, I would give the staff 5 stars for friendly and quick service. We have used this provider for sports physicals in the past and their physician has always been thorough, personable and competent...which is enough for our needs. If I were rating the facility, I would likely give them a 2. When we arrived, my first thought was that it was closed down based on the overgrown shrubs and overall outside appearance. Waited a long time to be seen only to have the doctor (or nurse practitioner or whatever she was) misread my xray. She came back later to explain she had missed the break in her first review, but left me really questioning the quality of care I received. Will not be back.
