Do not bother calling this company. Very poor business practice and zero communication skills. Had 3 different appointments schedule, all no shows. They will ignore your calls rather than cancel appointments. Troy is very unprofessional.
I would not recommend this company. Don't even waste your time calling them. They are not dependable, did not keep their appointment, did not respond to my repeated phone calls, kept me waiting ruining my day. No follow up from them at all. Very unprofessional!
If it were possible, I would give Deerfield Roof Repair zero stars. Our experience initially started out positively. My father is visiting and he noticed this past Friday that there was a hole on our roof and called Deerfield Roof Repair for help. The person that he spoke with took the time to describe the history of the company and the type of work that they do.
