Just moved in to Deerfield east apartments,Isabel Correa the Leasing agent was very helpful and professional since day one ,initially I was interested in 1/1but after some research Isabel found a nice studio on block C.Guys nothing is perfect ,and the rent price is very reasonable for what we have .Isabel handled very nicely the paper work and also helped me with FPL ,insurance and internet.Isabel is very careful about the process.so far I’m very happy. Honestly i recommend to anyone who os searching for a safe ,clean and new apartment to reach out to Isabel correa,the best leasing agent i met after going through so many others , extremely professional,super efficient as well effective in everything i needed help with, i had a super good experience with her ,i will give her more starts but is only 5 here . Totally recommend!
I’m glade I saw some reviews cause I was gonna go try to see if I can look at a place there and just looking at one person working all day no one answered the phone. So no one’s there to even help you out and get back to your call. It’s horrible. Not good management at all
Can you imagine paying rent and is not comfortable? The garbage container is full to its capacity with extra garbage scattered on the ground, and flies are all over. The elevator is currently broken and this is a frequent occurrence. I am forced to walk my 20 Ib dog on the staircases which is inconvenient because she barks at the neighbors. The shared laundry room needs attention, I have to pay each time I use the machines, yet they are destroying my clothing. The washing machines tear and the dryers burn my clothing. I have been living at this location for the past 5 years. I have noticed that there have been a change of property managers over the years. Today I was blessed to have dialogue with Rosa Perez who was easy to talk to. I was upset last night because of issues at this apartment. I was thinking of moving out but after speaking to Rosa I have a change of my mind. I applaud her for being a people person and I can see the difference since she came here. Now I can recommend this apartment to anyone.
