I just moved in. Monique is a very helpful person. whenever I need I call the office and ask for her. It’s a nice apartment and calm place.
The property manager is the most inconsiderate disrespectful person I’ve ever dealt with. You have Have to stay on top of them to get shit fixed or done. The apartment is so old and outdated and falling apart. They definitely discriminate and choose who they’re gonna constantly complain Let’s not forget that we also have a huge plumbing and rodent issue in this apartment Stay away
nice building property managers are very disappointing highly discrimination and racial negligence. Most of the tenants are disgruntled with the way. It’s run.

1yr review. 1b 1b if you have no other options and have the money. then do it. Investments Limited LLC is an awful company with sneaky tactics to get you to sign quick and pull as much money from you as possible. Read the contract since theyll stipulate anything thatll be in their favor. Your signing that you will rent for 12 months but give 60 days notice that you wont renew or they take your deposit. then they will demand 300 for admin fees for moving in + to move out.
