I’m glade I saw some reviews cause I was gonna go try to see if I can look at a place there and just looking at one person working all day no one answered the phone. So no one’s there to even help you out and get back to your call. It’s horrible. Not good management at all

Can you imagine paying rent and is not comfortable? The garbage container is full to its capacity with extra garbage scattered on the ground, and flies are all over. The elevator is currently broken and this is a frequent occurrence. I am forced to walk my 20 Ib dog on the staircases which is inconvenient because she barks at the neighbors. The shared laundry room needs attention, I have to pay each time I use the machines, yet they are destroying my clothing. The washing machines tear and the dryers burn my clothing. I have been living at this location for the past 5 years. I have noticed that there have been a change of property managers over the years. Today I was blessed to have dialogue with Rosa Perez who was easy to talk to. I was upset last night because of issues at this apartment. I was thinking of moving out but after speaking to Rosa I have a change of my mind. I applaud her for being a people person and I can see the difference since she came here. Now I can recommend this apartment to anyone.

I like so many in the apartment buildings have been dealing with lots roaches too. They don’t treat every unit so it’s a constant problem. I also issues with mold. they refused to replace the mold cabinets even though I’ve had the cabinets treated and now need the cabinets treated a second time.

Love the staff very helpful affordable spacious apartment exactly what I was looking for such a great community
