This building is absolutely terrible. The level of dirtiness is shocking — hallways that smell awful, and cockroaches crawling around constantly. The elevator is broken more often than it works, making daily life here I strongly recommend that nobody ever moves here under any circumstances.. I live here right now, and I regret not listening to the negative reviews before moving in.
I just have to say that i have never had a major issue with anyone involved with this property . a few times i’ve made requests for minor services in my apartment and i never can do it right so Jan in the office has to help me and i must say i have never dealt with a more professional and knowledgeable person in my life. She answers all my questions quickly and goes above and beyond to tend to anything . Jan is the best property manager ever she is always there to help every complex should have a person so understanding kind and always willing to help she makes it a pleasure and stress free during hard times she is just an amazing humane being best place i lived they should have a property manager like that in every complex
I like so many in the apartment buildings have been dealing with lots roaches too. They don’t treat every unit so it’s a constant problem.
It’s Fourth of July weekend the elevator breaks down. I’m trying to figure out how to do a work order. I called the office and they say it’s already fixed. Jan did a great job getting that done on the holiday weekend. It was fixed before I could figure out how to do a work order , great job. Happy 4th everyone!
