place is overpriced! not sound proof at all! have to listen to dogs carrying on. noisy neighbors. people are RUDE. cant wait to move!!
I lived in Deerfield Commons for 2 years and it was one of the best living experiences I've every had. I only left due to being relocated to another state, but I would live here again in a heartbeat. I never heard my lateral neighbors in all 2 years I lived there. It was spotless when we moved in and when there was something that need attended to (which was rare) they were quick to fix the problem. Keep up the good work Deerfield!
DEER FIRLD COMMONS...nice place but make sure it's what you want and don't give no money or sign anything till your sure .... I applied for a apt...placed a 300 good faith deposit ...6 wks before I was able to move in. I needed to cancle it...I asked for a refund ..I was told no because they had to take it off the market.I then asked well if it's rented before the current people move out would I be able to get my deposit back then was told no.....this is the issue that place has 11 buildings avg 40 apt per biulding ave 900 t... read more
