We had such a positive experience with Dr. Thatcher. She is kind, patient, and truly takes her time with her patients. My son felt comfortable, which is not always easy for him in medical settings, and that meant everything to me as a mom. We were seen right on time, the office felt calm and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and helpful. A literal perfect 5 stars! Easy to book, quick to be seen, and all staff was friendly and efficient. I wish I had found them sooner because they were recommended weeks before we move out of Florida. This practice is perfection and how all ped offices should feel!
