We are Deerfield residents for so many years. Paying higher rent than the quality. Just we are staying here because of the good school. Worst experience ever about our oven issue. Whenever we are putting the maintenance request for the oven they will do nothing and they say we will put it on hold but nobody cares about it. Maintenance people said you have to send an email which we did it. But no reply from so called Deerfield office. Am a current resident at Deerfield Apartments, the management is not good and wanted to post my bad experience. Deerfield / Irvine company (owner) is expressing regret and concern over the other resident’s reviews. If Irvine company really care about their current residents then am waiting to hear back from them.
Have been living here for more than 2years, overall are very good. Talking about the maintenance service, they always take care of it very efficiency, especially Alex and Italo, they are very professional.
Lived in the apartments for 10 years. The maintenance staff was really good especially Italo. He was like family, took care of things immediately and with perfection. Good job
