Not worth it spare the kids move to Woodbridge
Avoid this place. Cars get broken into, property is stolen from “gated” patios, and the environment is anything but safe. My wife and I are in our third year here, and the only reason we moved in was the cheaper rent and the promise of security—both were a lie. People smoke and do drugs openly in the parking lot. Laundry rooms are a disaster, with residents leaving clothes for days and starting arguments when others remove them. Management claims there is overnight security, but there is none.
