We requested for someone to come fix our stove and repair a pull-out drawer inside our fridge. Italo was the one who arrived and He did an amazing job, kept us informed and explained what he was doing throughout, and offered some helpful advice. It was a great service.

Disappointment and frustration regarding the excessive charges added to my account after my move-out, despite prior communication and inspection.
