Very Disappointing Community Experience We have been living in this community for the past two years, and unfortunately, our experience has become increasingly frustrating. For the last month and a half, our air conditioning has not been working properly, and despite calling the residence/management office many times, nobody has come to properly address the issue. We requested for someone to come fix our stove and repair a pull-out drawer inside our fridge. Italo was the one who arrived and He did an amazing job, kept us informed and explained what he was doing throughout, and offered some helpful advice. It was a great service.
