After many years with DECU I am closing all my accounts. The service has gone down 100%. They do not follow through on returning e-mails or calls and no one seems to know what to do or how to fix their problems.

I was treated unfairly. Then zbrad won't allow me to talk to no one. it was his way showing he had control. I asked to speak to his boss I was denied by him saying no. He then had all the xalls rerouted back to him so I was unable to this day 2 weeks now to speak to anyone. This is company isnt for families or friendly services. Rate them a ZERO
I just emptied my accounts at the dubuque works office. I you don’t have the time answer my questions but have enough time to play a game on your phone you can bet I’m going to do my business some place else.
