My only issue so far with this bank (well, more my husband’s complaint, it definitely seems to bother him more than me) is they do not have a drive-up teller. They only have ATM’s and the inside lobby area, but with the COVID -19 situation their lobby is and has been closed. It would be nice, and better customer support if they actually had a drive-up teller for their customers to utilize. That said, I still recommend DECU. My hope is they take this whole situation and realize they need to invest in a drive-up teller option.

They are a great group of people doing good things for good people and Shelby Lewis always goes above and beyond to make sure that you are taken care of
It’s very hard to get in touch with anyone. Would not recommend. It was okay for the first couple months, after that i can’t get a response from anyone. Not even my appointed advisor. Terrible.
I would not recommend this credit union. They have sneaky ways of charging you for extras and taking money out of your pocket. I was convinced by John Deere to switch to this credit union because of all its perks however I’m pretty sure I’ve wasted 30% of my paychecks paying them in miscellaneous fees that I’ve asked to have fixed and they find every excuse in the book not to. I strongly discourage everyone including Deere employees from using this Credit Union
