Honestly ridiculous. The receptionists have some kind of attitude! Went back in to readjust my glasses because they were CROOKED and instead of helping they blamed it on my head shape when the frame was clearly messed up. Incompetent establishment!!
Michelè is AWESOME! I came in bc I lost my reading glasses. They didn't have my original frame in house and Michelè actually took the time to find them! Really didn't expect that and am soooo grateful!! Above and beyond customer service! I love Friedman Optometry ♥️
My experience at Friedman Optometry was amazing! Joyce was so welcoming and helpful. Even though I showed up on the wrong date she said it’s your lucky day we had a cancellation so the doctor can see you today. Joyce assisted me in fixing my old glasses while I was being seen and was so helpful in picking out new frames. Thank you Joyce for a wonderful experience!
Complaint Regarding Lost Eyewear and Unprofessional Handling Date of Incident: May 27, 2024 On May 27, I visited your optical store with my child for an eye exam and glasses fitting. My child selected a frame covered by insurance at no cost, while I brought my own Tom Ford frame valued at $240 USD. I just ordered my new glasses and lenses, and I couldn’t have done it without Michelle.
