I had an awesome first visit with Sara Drake O.D. She was so attentive and gave me important information for my eye situation. The staff was friendly, especially Thalia. I definitely recommend them.
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit. After my eye exam, I decided to purchase progressive lenses with a free frame, which was covered by my insurance. Additionally, I chose to purchase a second set of lenses using my own frame, bringing the total cost to nearly $1,000 for both lenses. Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Dr Huang, Dr. Friedman, and entire team (especially Joyce and Benjamin) for taking care of my mother. I deal with my mother's healthcare from afar and from the start they were kind, caring, and provided excellent care. They were very patient as my mother is wheelchair bound and answered all her questions. Absolute crap. They called me and told me to come get my glasses on Friday. When I went in on Monday they told me they didn’t have them because they were moving offices and that I would have to wait a week to pick them up. This office does not give a crap about patients or their convenience and it’s all about what serves them best. Total lack of communication and unwillingness to help their patients. As soon as I get mine glasses I am out and will never use Dr Friedman again. Goodbye!
