Honestly, the maintenance crew is one of the best things about living at Deer Creek. Stuff gets fixed fast, done right, and you can tell they actually care about the people here. Abdul and Carlos are the real deal — they make this place better. This kind of reliability and friendliness means a lot, especially for older residents, it offers peace of mind.
I love the Neighbourhood very nice area however, since I moved here at Deer Creek, the maintenance has went down not very well kept as used to be and also the rent is constantly Increasing over a year.
Carlos and Abdul are great. The best part of living here!! They get the work done and never leave anything behind.
Shapell - Corporate does not respond to tenant complaints Living at Deer Creek for the last 4 years, I know of not one person who is happy with management. 2 out of 3 have complained to Shapell. Shapell has ignored every complaint to everyone I've ever spoken to. Shapell is not interested in tenants rights, Fair Housing, or accommodations for those with disabilities. Apparently the abusive behavior is condoned by the Executive Team.
Abdul always provides excellent service in fixing my apartments issues. He is quick to respond and always with enthusiasm. He is fun to work with and bottom line he gets the job done! He really listens!
