I have been here a little over a year and they are a great place to live . Juan the maintenance man is awesome and gets the job done quick and efficiently !!
I'm probably the longest resident here. I moved in when they were still building. The staff is very polite and professional. I have had no problems since I've been here. The community is very quiet, apartments are well kept.
My son and I have been with Deerbrook for 4 years now. The staff is always warm and friendly and the amenities are great. We love watching the birds at the pond and the dog loves him play time in fenced dog park!
We moved to Deerbrook 2.5 years ago and we love it here. The appartment is just the right size for the two of us. It's fun to go out in the morning and look at the creek to see all the different birds that live there. The office staff is great. They are always there to take care of what your appartment needs. I love them and I love Deerbrook.
