I was the driver for my daughter who had a procedure with Dr Prucz. We arrived late due to a miscommunication and yet from the front desk, CNA, nurses and staff I was stunned at how kind and supportive every person was. They were very busy yet while waiting during the surgery I couldn’t find my keys. Imagine! They kindly went and got my daughter’s belongings so I could find the keys. I had a septoplasty and turbinate reduction this morning. I was a bit nervous, as I haven’t had many surgeries. Everyone, from the front desk staff to the pre-op nurses, to my doctor, the anesthesiologist, surgical nurses, and recovery nurses, was amazing. Everyone introduced themselves, explained everything well, asked what questions I had, and took great care of me. I highly recommend this facility!
Gina in your billing department needs training on customer service. She has a very nasty attitude! I really hope those calls are recorded! She is not pleasant at all. Seems like she hates her job!
This place is absolutely horrible and the employees are rude as can be. We got an emergency colonoscopy set up for my husband and they were extremely unclear with the preparation instructions, then they tell us to arrive earlier than the time they initially told us, and we we get there they tell us to wait they’ll check us in in a minute… ten minutes goes by while the two ladies are just yapping up front completely ignoring us and then when I say I need to go to my car I’m the driver am I good to step out, they finally ackno... read more
Absolutely appreciated everyone I came in contact with for my surgery. Professional. Friendly. The Center is clean and top-notch. I'm thankful for their efforts and would highly recommend this location.
