They dont rush you through any of the process from checking in to checking you out. I've been to many that as soon as you open your eyes they are ready to put you in a wheelchair and discharge you. Here they let me wake up and get my head together before covering all the discharge instructions. They took their time and let me let them know when I was ready to leave instead of forcing me into wheelchair and kicking me out. If and when I ever get the choice for outpatient procedure places, this will be my first choice...
Jane has Dr Stacy McClure do her rotator cuff surgery. They have been extremely informative with what to expect and time frame. She has already set up her physical therapy three days a week for the next month.
GREAT!!! Quality, compassion, competence. How about that....a surgery clinic that the patient can trust and have confidence all will go great from registration to discharge. l got to choose the music they played during surgery-jazz. Dr. Haymen rocked at surgery like a boss. Treatment team was phenomenal. And, no, it's not the pain meds talking! ;)
Everyone was so nice the treated me kindness not just a number on the board.
