I have fallen at deer run apartments yesterday ended up hurting my shoulder ended up in the hospital me and my husband have been living here we love it here but at the same time we've had too many issues
Absolutely horrible management, whom are in another staye. They don't care about the tenants, they charge 25 monthly for poop bags fir the pets, but never have bags! Maintenance is a joke, I think they are 13 years old! They raised rent, but no remodeling!! They should be boycotted! I wish I would give no stars!!!
The only reason I'm giving one star I'm not mad at the management but me and my husband have experienced bad things here like today we found a bullet sitting on the ground The police have been called for it they're going to find out we've had other people tell us that they heard our gunfire the other night me and my husband are disabled don't have kids but we don't feel safe The manager here said that we are unfit to be here but we love this place we pay our rent faithfully I just feel like it should go better than what it d... read more
Steer clear of this place. Rent increases year over year. Constant employee turnover. The only person who has been here for the 2 years Ive lived here is the property manager. The current maintenance guys are pretty good honestly but i cant imagine them staying here for long. When you get your apartment it will 100% be given the "landlord special" of a quick spray of paint and that's about it. We've lived here for 2 years. If you want to save money and you're trying to find a really good apartment that don't have bugs that ain't having to be sprayed for roaches all the time that ain't going to run your electric bill sky high that ain't going to end up costing you money to fix for stuff around the apartment like mold etc if you don't want to have to pay or deal with any of those problems do not get an apartment at deer run apartments and just to let you know as a courtesy because no one even let us know your rent g... read more
