I just made here 1 year on the 5th and I'm loving it management cares and they are on top of maintenance and pest control but the tenants have to do there part and prepare the apartment and let them do their work my area is nice and quiet and my neighbors are friendly my son and I are very comfortable the rent price is reasonable for what you have to do in activities and all the shops are near by and convenience keep up the good work management and maintenance
This place sucks. They wont clear the sidewalks, there is alot of elderly and people with disabilities that live here. There not able to clear them themselves. Why should they they pay rent and I thought the place you rent takes care of the facility including in the winter snow!!!..please if you know any one here that's elderly or with disabilities please check on them they may need something because they can not get out.
Damn packages being STOLEN right out front the apartment complex office. Theft is huge in this apartment complex. Also no cameras at the office? They can put a note on your door saying you have a package that was accidentally dropped off at office and then you go to pick up said package and its not there. Nice thanks.
Nothing ever gets fixed. The entire time we live there we had cockroaches even though we bombed the house. The office lady was never in her office.
