I am generously giving 2 stars because the gel nails I had done here are lasting and seem to be done well. However I am extremely frustrated with the service I received as I specifically asked for them not to cut my nails, only to file to shape if needed. Not only did they cut my nails but they did so in the worst possible way cutting the edges of my toenails so deep down that it is causing pain when I walk, and I am fearful for the complications it may cause when they grow out.
