If I could rate this community 6 stars I would. I have lived in many apartment communities and not a single one is comparable to Deer Park Crossing due to the incredible management and well kept grounds. This community is luxury and you truly get every penny out of your rent with the dog park, grills, pool area, and gym. The staff here are very friendly and eager to help. The apartments are very roomy and quiet. The clubhouse is a great spot to hang out if you need to get out of the apartment and the gym has everything you’d need. In the summer, the pool area is the perfect amenity. All stores and most recreational activities are either walking distance or a short drive. Great spot to live!

If I could give this establishment a 6-star rating I definitely would. From the well-mannered leasing consultancy staff to the luxurious yet homey feeling units: the perfect blend of comfortability, affordability, and luxury!
New dog run/park is great to unleash your pups!
Deer Park Crossing is a beautiful property and perfect fit for me. The location is great & this property is brand new with several buildings offering everything from 1 bdrm apartments to multi-level town homes. The 1 bdrm apartment that I have rented is very spacious and has tremendous views of open prairie land. The grounds and landscaping is very well maintained.
