If you are considering this facility...DON’T!!! Your elderly family member will not receive the care and attention they deserve! Is it a beautiful facility...yes! But that is all it is. It took me some time to write this but it must be said. Consider other facilities ESPECIALLY if your loved one is a person of color. Horrible experience. Patients lay in feces and urine for hours. My mother received a shower 3x over 9 weeks (other times a cold spot wash). Hair was not washed for 9 weeks, clothing missing, meals missed. Staff ... read more
This place is a disgrace. A friend has been in the nursing home and is completely neglected. While not allowing visitors, she has gotten a bed sore requiring surgery along with pneumonia not to mention contracting covid-19. There's obviously neglect. It's disgusting!
The DON Babu!!! Is races and harasses people that he can not bully! He lied on me!! And he is rude to staff and residence! Just ask them.
I am disgusted that this place would exploit an entertainer who is ill in their in poor taste commercial so they can profit. That it elder ABUSE!!
worst place. Never send your loved one here. The verbal abuse is unbelievable. The neglect is unreal. And the response I get from the social worker she laughs.
