We celebrated Christmas with family in the Texas Star cabin, cabin had a very cozy home feeling. My family and I enjoyed every moment. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend the Texas Star Cabin!

Outstanding place to stay. We live only about 35 minutes away but we felt like we were miles from home. Great staff, very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a get away. No matter how near of far you are from them.

We stayed at Nature's Nest and it was the perfect place for the 2 of us! The cabin was fully stocked, with kitchen tools, dishes, soap, towels, bedding, TV and cable. We were greeted with the yummiest cookies ever in our cabin. We also ordered a salmon dinner with appetizers and dessert, which were delicious! We also decided to rent an ATV to explore the land. We had a wonderful few days away at Deer Lake Cabins. Being able to take our 4 legged children was an added bonus. Everyone associated with the resort was so friendly and helpful. We will rerun.

It’s very beautiful and calm. Living in the Dallas area, was a much needed break from the busy. We saw deer....ride horses....my daughter loves Cody and wants to ride him again. Great trail ride with Randy and his little girl, Charlie. We will be back. Everyone was so nice...thank you so much.

I couldn't even begin to tell you how much of a gem this place is! My wife and I were nested in the nice and cozy Cedar loft! It was wiithin feet to a mini lake you can fish with a covered dock! Nice park for the kids, right next to the horses, miniature sheep and goat! There's atv's and miles of trails!!! Look, I want spoil it all!! All I can say is my wife and I can't wait to get back!!!!
