Josh and the entire team were fantastic in walking us through our first custom home build. They continue to follow up with anything we need even months after construction was completed. We would highly recommend Cascade for any custom construction project.
The Cascade West team did a great job. We especially appreciate Josh, our general manager. He is knowledgeable, a good communicator and responsive to our needs/wishes. We are pleased with our new home and would recommend Cascade West.
Cascade West is fantastic!! We absolutely love our home and highly recommend them. From start to finish the entire cascade family was great! Subs did amazing work. Our project manager Josh kept the project on schedule, handled challenges with ease, and always kept us informed along the way. His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care made the process smooth and enjoyable. We are so grateful for Cascade West guidance in bringing our dream home to life.
We love this house and Josh is a such nice guy, we were remotely working with him from Texas, every time he was patiently explained all the details that really helps and with the face time many times. Very happy to have him as our house project manager. Cascade should proud to have him!
Did not have a great experience dealing with Cascade. Up front working with Ron was painful - a lot of arrogance, unresponsiveness, and unwillingness to work with us on a custom build. Belittled most our design decisions, and then those same decisions ended up being the features in our house people loved and were selling points on the re-sale.
