We have moved into our new home built by Cascade West. We LOVE our new home! The build process was straightforward, on budget, and on time! We actually moved in a few weeks earlier than they estimated at the beginning. Once you have designed your home and permits have gone through, you meet your project manager. It was great working with Serge Sirotkin for our home construction. He was very easy to work with, on top of things, focused on quality, very customer oriented and provided practical solutions as and when we hit roadblocks. Strongly recommend him.

Proud owners of a quality newly built custom home by Cascade West. From or designer Jason, all the way through the construction process with our project manager Josh, we had a great experience. This was our first custom home and we had a lot of questions and worries along the way but Josh was there for us each and every step.
