Everything within the developer and project manager's purview went smoothly and efficiently. Our PM was responsive, supportive, easy to work with and patient.

Josh and the entire team were fantastic in walking us through our first custom home build. They continue to follow up with anything we need even months after construction was completed. We would highly recommend Cascade for any custom construction project.
