We love Deer-Grove Vet Clinic! The vets and staff are very helpful, patient and understanding. They go out of their way to make the experience as easy as possible. They all work in the best interest of the pet and the customer and our family really appreciates it.
I used to go with my mother to the pet appointments. I even took my pet there years ago, before moving. We use to have such wonderful customer service... From the veterinarians and vet techs but the front desk people are lack the understanding of how to be polite. It was something my mother would always say it was worth dealing with because dr frame was so amazing and made up for it with his customers interactions. We have been going to this clinic for 20 years and 4 dogs. They have been excellent during the good times as well as the very sad times. All the vets, techs and staff are wonderful with our dogs, even our high energy one :) Love these guys!
Was happy with service until I got the bill. They charged me $70 for a pre anesthesia blood test simply because i requested a quote for a dental cleaning, which was an outrageous $450 minimum. They did not clearly layout all costs for services before doing them. It was my first visit and i will not be returning. Use caution and get quotes before letting them do anything. I feel taken advantage of.

I had a husky mix that passed away last week (she was almost 18 years old), and she was the pits at the vet. The staff here, especially Dr. Amy, was so excellent with her and they really took her advanced age into consideration with all of her care! They sent me the kindest condolence card when they found out she died; I truly appreciate all of the help I received from them over Esther's long life!
