Staff is super friendly and helpful. They always answer questions and are compassionate during hard times.
I was having issues with my pet whom I have never taken to deer grove vet clinic. I called them to get some advice and one of the vets talked to me on the phone for 10 minutes listening to everything that was going on. She was so polite, caring and kind.
The staff really cares about you and your pets. They take the time to explain what’s happening and what the different options for treatment or care they recommend. They don’t push anything on you but do tell you what they think is best. They are very kind and gracious. I lost my best friend this year, my 11year old cat to cancer. I also had my two other pets that needed care (note than a typical checkup) and they were there for me every step of the way. I can’t thank them enough for what they do.
Haven’t taken my dogs here in years because it started to feel like taking proper car of your pets didn’t matter. Rude service and just in it for the money.
