Avoid this place I'm literally counting the days till our lease is up. There is ALWAYS an issue. From toilets, to electrical, to hot water heaters, the breakers, water leaks, always a issues. When you have to come out of pocket because maintenance messed up they say to bad you should have called us first. The Maintenance crew is incompetent.. It literally takes months to get anything done. I now have black mold on my walls and in my carpet and in the kitchen cabinet because is taken 6 week to fix a water leak from the Ac unit. The office crew is great but the maintenance is worthless!

ZERO STARS... I would have said 1 or 2 until they deleted my review.... Beware if you decide to move into this complex because they will out right lie to avoid returning your deposit. My sister lived there for 3 years and was a perfect tenant. She paid her rent on time every single month. All other bills (water, trash, electric) were set up on autopay and paid each month. Daughter moved 6/26/19 and no deposit refund. It is now 8/19/19 and still no check. We have called numerous times with no results.
