They take walk ins and are a WONDERFUL group of Healthcare Professionals ! They are glad to see you and give superb care. In house Ultrasound for their patients’ convenience
I love every nurse and doctor here. If you need to be seen for a regular check up or an emergency they will try their hardest to get you in as soon as possible. They take amazing care for you and your kids and answers every question that you have. I am so glad I take all 3 of my daughters here

We love this place Kim Knox is the BEST! She has taken care of my home bound mom and now transferred her over to Hospice. My mother lives with my daughter and my daughter thinks everyone from this Hospice is an Angel! Just like Kim and Deer Creek Family Heathcare❤️. Than you from the bottom of our hearts!
