Yes i used to love this place when I moved in 4 years ago. I watched this Apartment Complex start to go down hill in the last 2 years along with the uncaring of any problems or God help if you have any repairs needed. I just want to be clear with maintenance guys are great but they can only do what they have to work with and that comes back to leasing. Very nice people that management is very sweet. Very kind the apartment complex very clean. The service is perfect.
Convenient location, but as a long time resident I have to say things have gone downhill. Its been 43 days without a functional dishwasher in my unit. 22 days since my closet rod fell down. Still no actual repair date. Not to mention the washer/dryer in our building was down for at least a month. They removed the dumpsters, so two complexes now share a compactor that overflows regularly and adds a lovely garbage mountain near the school bus pickup. I have lived here a month so far no issues quiet and clean area. Apartments are nice mine had new carpet when I moved in.
