Very nice people that management is very sweet. Very kind the apartment complex very clean. The service is perfect.
Convenient location, but as a long time resident I have to say things have gone downhill. Its been 43 days without a functional dishwasher in my unit. 22 days since my closet rod fell down. Still no actual repair date. Not to mention the washer/dryer in our building was down for at least a month. They removed the dumpsters, so two complexes now share a compactor that overflows regularly and adds a lovely garbage mountain near the school bus pickup. I have lived here a month so far no issues quiet and clean area. Apartments are nice mine had new carpet when I moved in.
Perfect place.
Josh in maintenance always shows up with a smile, very friendly and cares about fixing the problem(s) that are reported. If he doesn't know how best to fix the issue he will make sure to ask for help from supervisor.
