Absolutely not!! I do not recommend this property. This company has enough audacity to fill every apartment!! My young adult daughter moved into this complex while pregnant with her first child, along with her boyfriend. From the beginning, there were warning signs…they were not offered a walkthrough prior to moving in. RED FLAG! After about three months in the unit, my daughter developed severe and ongoing respiratory problems along with a rash, both of which have been documented by her OB-GYN. Wonderful place to live. Staff is very communicative.
After several months of searching for the right place to move to a different city, we finally found Pavilion at Deer Chase. Two weeks ago, we were nervous about moving ,but once we scheduled a tour, everything changed. Shaunte Moore was absolutely wonderful extremely friendly, welcoming, patient, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to answer every question and truly made us feel comfortable and excited about our decision. We applied the same day and were approved the next day.
