This is the company listed in the permit as my contractor. My contract is with FPO fiberglass pools outlet based in orlando. The fiberglass pool has cracked. It always had a bump and also the paint is fading off. Terrible people and contractor. Careful people.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Working with this company has been an absolute nightmare. They charge premium rates but deliver subpar work and customer service. They make unilateral decisions about design and execution, ignoring the customer’s preferences. Their subcontractors are unskilled, and when problems arise, the company is unresponsive unless you threaten to withhold payment, and even then, follow through is nonexistent.
