Long story short - We paid the deposit and scheduled an appointment ASAP for the next morning. A few hours later we determined that something was wrong with our little guy and we took him to the ER and ended up in the NICU for 4 days. Of course we had to cancel our appointment and it's a little silly that they won't refund us the deposit. Ellen saved us! We were struggling massively after a tongue tie procedure and Ellen got us back on track with feeding exercises supplementing, was incredibly supportive, and pointed us in the right direction for other practitioners to help us continue progressing. 100/10 recommend
Ellen is amazing! She has taught me so much and has really helped me feel more confident about all things lactation related! I would highly recommend working with her to kick off your breastfeeding and pumping journey! I was dealing with so much pain before I started working with her, and now I can feed my baby with ease!
I had such a good experience with lactation services at deeply latched. Despite not being my first baby, i had a very challenging time breastfeeding my daughter due to various circumstances and Ellen was a wealth of knowledge and helped me through low supply, tongue ties, latch difficulty, etc. She offers both in office and home visits which make it easier especially early postpartum. I highly recommend her to anyone in the tampa area for lactation services!!!!!
So so helpful for me and my son! She is extremely knowledgeable and truly cares about her clients!
