Dr. Malhan is very caring and got to the root of my problem quickly. He has a great sense of humor which helped when I was in terrible pain. He is just a fantastic Dr.
I appreciated how he listened to what was going on rather than reading notes & he took time to ask me how he could help. He was very kind, compassionate & seemed to really care. He was quick to get me what I needed for my allergic reaction & even came back in room after shots to check on me before I drove home. Loved him & his bedside manner. You can tell he cares about his patients & is excellent at what he does! Thank you for making patient care a priority! Highly recommend Dr Malhan!

The check in process was very simple and easy. Going ahead and making my copay made it convenient for me to leave without having to wait and go back through another line to check out. The staff were all very helpful, friendly and professional. It was a busy time and they never made me feel rushed and kept me informed of my progress as the patient flow continued through the office. I made an appointment online, arrived early and was checked in and seen promptly.
I ended up at the Medical Group of the Carolinas Urgent Care clinic with some disconcerting conditions after having recovered from Covid. Dr. Malhan quickly diagnosed my conditions as something much more simple and somewhat unintuitive. At first, I was a bit skeptical of his diagnoses, but I followed his instructions (he is the Dr. after all). His diagnosis was spot-on and I was able to recover fairly quickly.
