The office staff including the business offic manager need to realize they work in healthcare. People are sick and or in pain when they go to the office. I have been a nurse for 31 years and his staff is rude and liars. They dont call in your prescription for days and then to the wrong pharmacy after having 3 major surgeries at once and needing antiemetic and pain medication. They neglect and abuse their patients.
