I was referred to Dr Narasimhulu for an ovarian mass that was initially thought to be cancerous. The initial visit with her made me feel more at ease as she was very comforting and explained things to me and told me exactly what the plan of action was . I came to Dr. Narisimhulu after much research. I needed a hysterectomy after cancer cells found on a biopsy and extreme pain. I knew my surgery would be complicated due to past stomach surgeries leaving me with extensive adhesions and an abundance of scar tissue. Also I no longer have a real belly button. I had stage 3 kidney cancer in 2020 and had my right kidney removed and the surgeon had to call for assistance to get through scar tissue so I knew she would encounter past adhesions. . Dr. Narasimhulu is detailed and thoughtful. I had a complex mass and she had an MRI immediately ordered for Pelvic and Abdominal. She had originally scheduled laposcropy but changed to Abdominal vertical incision, to ensure it wasn't cancer. Luckily my mass was not. I had three grapefruit size masses and she removed them with a small incision and along with the left ovary. I was extremely nervous she even accommodated a 1x1 appointment the day right before surgery to calm my anxiety. She is caring, detailed, and excellent.
My wife was diagnosed with one large mass and a smaller mass in her abdomen. Our GP referred her to Dr. Narasimhulu. After looking at my wife’s CT scan results, she came in to discuss my wife’s condition and examine her. She said that the masses were ovarian cysts, and surgery to perform a total hysterectomy should be done ASAP.
