I had such a great experience at Deep Wave San Diego! I tried their full body red light therapy and was instantly impressed by how relaxing and rejuvenating it felt. The space is beautiful, the staff is welcoming, and they made the whole process so easy to understand. I noticed an immediate boost in my energy and love that it supports collagen production for healthier, more youthful-looking skin. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something that’s both restorative and results-driven.
Jacob is amazing! The space is pristine, and this is the first place I’ve come across in San Diego with a face LED component and a full body! It’s incredible and so relaxing. I already feel so much lighter and skin stimulated + refreshed, I can’t wait to come back! *Bonus for the sauna lovers (like me) he also has a beautiful sauna space where you could book with a friend! Definitely will be returning for a girls day 🥳
One of my favorite wellness spots to visit in San Diego! The spot was easy to find, and there was ample parking in front as well. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Jacob. He went over everything about the red light therapy bed, and answered all my questions. The space itself was very clean and inviting. There are so many health benefits to red light therapy, and I look forward to making this a part of my wellness journey!
Today I tried out the Lightstim LED Red Light Therapy at Deep Wave and absolutely can recommend it. The place is super cozy, clean, and welcoming. Jacob, the owner of Deep Wave, was super generous, kind, and informational. The Red Light Therapy seems to help with so many different things, and for a girly like me, i like having healthy, smooth skin. If you’re debating on if you should try out Deep Wave… I say YES!
My favorite wellness spot in San Diego! I’ve tried both the light stim red light therapy bed and infrared sauna and they are both incredible. I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated after my session. The space is clean and calming, and Jacob the owner is super friendly and welcoming. He took the time to explain the benefits of each treatment and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. I can’t wait to make this a regular part of my wellness routine! A must!
