I visited there today . Her name is Nav . She did an amazing job threading my eyebrows! She was gentle, friendly, and gave me the perfect shape.
I have been a consistent customer here previously but there is this one lady whom I specifically mentioned to just clean up my eyebrows and do nothing else. She ended up making it thin and smaller in size. On top of that trying to prove the eyebrows are of same size which clearly was not. Need to keep competent staff, she is not even new, has been there for quite some time with no improvement.
“I had a very disappointing experience here. My haircut was rushed and uneven, and the stylist didn’t even wet my hair properly before cutting. I tried to express my concerns, but the owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend this place if you’re looking for quality service or respectful customer care.”
