This salon has welcoming and nice staff, who will accommodate you as soon as possible. They work fast and efficiently, and their service is top notch! Today, my mom and I came over for a waxing and threading, and the result was amazing!
Very disappointing experience. The waxing caused the skin on my arm to peel, and when I raised my concern, I was treated very disrespectfully and dismissively. They offered only a $15 refund without showing any genuine concern about the injury. It’s not about the money—it’s about how poorly a customer is treated when something goes wrong. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
