Deep Steam Master Cleaners was on-time, respectful, tidied up after they are finished. They eliminated a bird's home and fixed the wire around our stack and even offered me some guidance on the most proficient method to utilize the chimney without getting a ton of smoke in the house. In general extraordinary experience and will call him for our next cleaning!

I called the office to get a quote for carpet cleaning, they confirmed $119 plus tax for 3 bedrooms, hallway and stairs. I later called to add the living room and they said it would be the same price. However, when they showed up at my house Thursday morning they said the living room and hallway weren't on the list and if I wanted it done it would be $169 plus tax. Very unprofessional to quote me something on the phone then show up at my house and tell me something different
