About this business
History Established in 1999. We started as a peanut stand in our current location in 1998. My Dad wanted to teach my sister and I business, so we started with boiled peanuts, then started to sell produce, and eventually Dad started renting the building for storage. We brought our smoker down to cook lunch for ourselves, but our customers kept demanding we sell them that too! So everyday, Dad would buy extra meat to bbq for our regulars. Great place to eat. we stop whenever we are on Cortez in Brooksville!
folks were very helpful, and pleasant. ordered the brisket sandwich platter, large portion. ordered the florida sampler and gator tail to go with it. both were awesome. the peach and apple pies were good as well. will be back. thank you

I’ve always loved this place since trying for the first probably 6 years ago! I gotta say though Carly is probably the best thing to ever come their way! She’s so sweet and funny and has done an excellent job getting this places name out there and her yummy desserts are to die for!!!
