My friend got her first tattoo here and all the staff were very professional and caring. She is physically handicapped, and our artist Jeff was very accommodating. He worked with her to find a comfortable position and was encouraging throughout the whole process.
Horrible customer service with the front desk and the manager is super unprofessional.. Artist aren't that great but Frankie fingers is their only good employee.

My angel bites were done by Kyle and I absolutely love them. He pierced me , my boyfriend and my friend one after another and made sure to explain the process to each of us and made sure our piercings were perfectly placed where we wanted them before putting the needle through. Very friendly, processional people here, and their jewelry is gorgeous and high quality! Would definitely go back to them again.
