Don't go to this location! Showed up for my appointment they said artist was sick this was at 1130am. Didn't recieve a phone call before hand. Than was told i would have to wait two weeks for an appointment with no compensation from the company in any way for the inconvenience. If your time is important to you and you care about customer service and appreciation do not go to this location! Very unhappy customer. I saw haley.

My 7 year old daughter got her ears pierced here, and I got a helix piercing (separate day, different piercer). My daughter was made to feel comfortable and safe, and her ears had zero problems healing. I'm super allergic to many metals and all my prior piercings have had problems (despite reputable piercers at reputable shops giving me their best advice). I'm happy to say my helix has also had zero problems, looks great, and has healed beautifully. I will definitely be back!!
