Karlee is amazing! She is so kind, patient, and truly made our experience special. This was my daughter’s very first visit to a curly hair salon (she’s 3 years old with 4A/4B hair), and I was a little nervous going in but Karlee made both of us feel completely comfortable and at ease. She took her time, was very gentle, and made sure my daughter felt safe the entire time. And the results? I took my daughter to Deep Roots Studio, and we both loved the experience! Karlee is so sweet and very knowledgeable, and explained her process as she went. My daughter was nervous at first (her first time at a salon) but by the end of the session, she was saying how she couldn't wait to come back. If you have wavy or curly hair, I 100% recommend checking this place out!

Karlee is THE BEST! My hair changed from straight to curly and i was kind of frizzy and lost 😂 She is extremely knowledgeable and gave me a wonderful cut. She also took a lot of time to explain about my hair type and not only which product she was using but also the amounts and how to apply them. I was nervous that I would not be able to replicate it but one week and a couple of washes later and it is still amazing. The pricing is very reasonable for the quality. I will definitely be back.

Karlee was very helpful and encouraging. She knew just the right cut for my hair and made the experience a 10/10. She was very knowledgeable on my specific hair type and gave me product and styling recommendations. Definitely will be back. If you’re not sure; a consult wouldn’t hurt. I have been coming to Karlee for several months now, and I can definitely see the difference in my curls. When I first contacted her, my hair was dry, brittle, and had a lot of breakage.
