Horrible service, uneducated customer care, never showing up for empty bottle collect, and you won't get your deposit back. SEND MORE PEOPLE TO PICK UP THE BOTTLES, INSTEAD OF SENDING PEOPLE TO COSTCO FOR NEW CUSTOMERS
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I have been trying to get them to pick up my machine and water for the past 6 months. They sent me to collections and I paid the amount due as this was the excuse they couldn’t come, and after paying collections they still never showed up! WORST company. Bottom line is they do not give a damn their customers. What a lesson in frustration trying to give this company business. I cancelled them a year and a half ago because they missed promised delivery dates. Stupidly I thought I would give them another try. They scheduled a delivery for Monday 7/19 21 and didn't show up or call. I called customer service and was told they would come out Wed.
