The new Primo Delivery Service for Deep Rock water is terrible Delivery days are missed AND then scheduled make up days are missed as well - and as late as a week etc It seems very poorly managed And as if favoritism is involved in scheduling delivery’s Regular delivery agents are pulled off of some routes and placed seemingly whimsically or with prejudice perhaps on other routes Several calls this week and the agents only can say they don’t have enough drivers but want to give new customers priority for on time deliv... read more
