This review is for the front desk. I have tried for weeks to pass a message along to a provider and asked for confirmation that it was received, with absolutely zero response. This is not only highly unprofessional, but also dangerous when you are gatekeeping access to mental healthcare for your patients. I encourage you to act and hire with more professionalism and empathy.
