I spent a few hundred dollars for loc extensions by Ms. Ray. They were poorly done. I called several times and I went to the shop to get my hair fixed shortly after my appt. Unfortunately, I wasnt help and ended up taking my hair down. I wasted time and more importantly money. Highly disappointed with the service received.

I read the other reviews that said they arrived to a closed salon, and I didn't listen. I arrived on time and the door was locked with no one answering the phone. I waited 15 minutes before leaving. They we're curtious and apologetic when I contacted them after leaving, but that doesn't change the fact that I drove all the way across town for nothing despite making the appointment just the day before. I'm disappointed that this seems to be a regular occurrence for them, so I will not be returning.

I waited 1 hour for some to show up to the salon. I had to ask for a second wash because the beautician didn’t provide a deep massage shampooing. The blow out was not done using a pre-dry or sectioning method so there was more hair loss than needed. The only upside is that the conditioner used on my hair was amazing and kept my hair feeling soft and manageable for weeks.
