I had to end up doing the back of my carpet since the stains that were on there after paying nearly $300 still there. I was expecting them to wash front and back. Got a lot of what ever was in or on my carpet out...little by little. Still Working on it.

Such an excellent job cleaning three persian rugs that had suffered from living with dogs. All three now look, feel and smell amazing! I highly recommend them if you are looking to have rugs cleaned in the Austin area.
