I have no complaints about my provider or the care I received, but dealing with Deep Centered’s billing department was extremely frustrating. My email interactions with Terri were particularly disappointing and at times came across as dismissive and unnecessarily rude when I was simply trying to understand my billing and insurance coverage. This is my first experience with therapy. It has been entirely positive.
It's always a delight to visit with Dr. Rachel. She is amazing and I look forward to my appointments. Also, the administrative team is very prompt at providing notices and reminders.
